1. When will the order be shipped after I place it?

Usually, it takes three business days for your order to ship out because we need some time for processing and production.

2. How many days will it take for me to receive the goods under shipping?

All orders will be transported via ePacket、Deppon、CJPacket、Fedex etc. And the shipment of international orders will depend on the fulfillment center where the product comes from.

Average transit times to International: 15 – 50 Business days.

While we promise that most packages will arrive on time, there may be some unexpected circumstances that our deliverymen may encounter, like force majeure (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.), thus leading to shipping postponements. Given this, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the shipping company takes responsibility for the delivery issue.

3. Is there any tracking number for me?

We send tracking for all orders. You will get the tracking once your item is shipped out. Each product may be shipped from different locations worldwide because our product research team spares no effort and time to help you screen out affordable yet quality products.

4. Can I cancel my order?

Sure, you can cancel the order without any penalty! But You should cancel your order within 24 hours of creating it. If the item has already been shipped, please send an email to service@lumbuy.com. All you have to do is email us and name the subject as “CANCEL.”

5. What if I input the wrong address?

If you have incorrectly auto-filled or misspelled your address, you can directly reply to the email for order confirmation and provide us with the correct address. In case of that, please notify us instantly by emailing at service@lumbuy.com. We can correct the wrong address within 24 hours.

6. I found my item was damaged when it arrived.

Before shipping, we do provide extra padding for each item. Despite that, we still get reports from our customers that about 1 out of 1000 products is found to arrive damaged caused by the mistreatment of mail service.
