30 Days Return Warranty

Our 30 days warranty starts the date of receiving the product. If you have any problem with the item, please feel free to contact us immediately.
To guarantee a fast and smooth warranty process, please indicate your ticket with details, such as your order number, SKU number, or product name. Then kindly follow these three steps:
1. Please describe the issue and provide us with pictures (under 2 MB) that display the problem and the item’s outer package.
2. With all the reviews done, we will arrange a return under warranty (RMA).
3. Please ship the package according to the RMA instructions provided by our team.
All faulty items under the 30 days warranty should be returned to our warehouse with an RMA form provided by our Customer Support Team.
Upon product’s receipt, we will resend you replace at our cost or refund you.
Not Faulty Items:
If the item is not faulty, but you are dissatisfied with it, please feel free to contact us. Kindly explain the situation, and we will allow a return for an exchange as long as the item is unused/unworn with all its labels, tags, and original packaging in place. The customer will fully cover shipping fees incurred by the exchange (including money paid to return the item(s) and resend a new one). All return requests must be made within seven days of receipt.
This situation should be extremely rare as we check all items/accessories before sending them. Please get in touch with us as per our warranty process mentioned above. We will offer you a solution.
Size & Fitting and Wrong Product:
Due to the wide offer available on our website, Chinasaleonline collaborates with several manufacturers and brands. It is possible to observe slight size differences between them. Customers are responsible for reviewing the size chart and choosing the right item.
– If you have received the wrong size, submit a ticket indicating the delivered size and the size you have ordered. Please kindly let us know whether the fitting is too small or too large.
– If you think the product is not the same as described on the website, kindly send us clear pictures (under 2 MB) in good lighting via the ticket. Once we receive your details as above, we will suggest an exchange for free or a refund.
– If you have ordered the wrong size or the wrong item, we can allow you to return it. Please contact us to get an RMA form (Return Merchandise Authorization). We can enable you to return for an exchange. But the customer will fully cover shipping fees incurred by the exchange (including money paid to return the item(s) and resend a new one).
Customers have to cover the shipping fees paid to return the items. This cost is not refundable. Customers should provide us with the returning parcel tracking information. We will proceed with compensation once we receive the items.

Customers must return the package as per our instructions shipping address indicated on the RMA document and cover the shipping fees paid to return the package only if the customer support team has authorized the return. Packages sent back without authorization or not according to RMA instruction will not be accepted. Please contact our customer service for further advice.
Partial cases or merchandise that’s had its retail packaging opened cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. All return requests must be made within seven days of receipt. Requests made after that point will not be approved for any reason.
