1. Can I cancel or change an existing order?
 
You can’t make changes, but you can cancel an order within 12 hours before the shipment.
We can also help you cancel an order if it was placed within 12 hours, just send a email to:[email protected]. Please note your order number.
If you need to change an item’s color, size, quantity, shipping selection, or delivery address, please simply cancel your original order and place a new one.
You can return the items for any reason within seven days.
2. How much will the shipping cost, and what methods do you offer?
 
The freight is determined by the courier company you choose and the quantity of the goods. We will try our best to control the cost of freight. All orders are transported by ePacket, Deppon, CJPacket, FedEx, etc. And the shipment of international orders will depend on the fulfillment center where the product comes from.

4. When will my order be shipped?
 
Please allow three business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out.
5. Do I get discounts on large orders?

Yes, you do. We have many customers who are large distributors with many locations. Volume discounts are often offered based on your order size. Just email us if you’re interested.

6. I just placed my order. Is it possible to change my shipping service?
 
Once you place an order, you’re unable to change the order details (like color, size, shipping address, etc.).
But you can cancel the order before the package is shipped out. For how to cancel an order, please email us for more information within 12 hours.
If your package is already sent out, please contact the local express company for this issue.
7. How can I get my tracking number?

You can check your email to see if the order has shipped. Or, click Shipment Tracking page ,Fill in your order number and check it.

8. What if a package is damaged during shipping?
 
The first thing to do is document the damage, take pictures of the item showing the damaged area, and take photos of the package. Don’t throw the package away since it might be necessary for your claim.
 
With all these done, contact us. It would help if you told us the person or company you bought the item from, not the company that delivered it.
 
The shipper is responsible for filing any damage claims with the shipping company, and only the shipper can receive a refund. At this point, the shipper can decide to ship a replacement part if the damage can be repaired or simply return it for a refund or replacement.

10. What methods of payment do you accept?

PAYMENT VIA Direct bank transfer

For orders over $1,000, please select Direct bank transfer as your payment method. Note: Please pay directly to our bank account. Your order ID will be used as the payment reference. Unless the funds have cleared in our account, your order will not be shipped.

PAYMENT VIA PAYPAL

If you choose PayPal as your payment method at the checkout and click “next,” you will be automatically redirected to your PayPal account. PayPal enables you to pay simply by entering your email address and password. Your PayPal account will be charged with the corresponding amount, while you will receive payment confirmation via email.

PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD

We accept MasterCard credit cards and also current Visa. Besides, we promise that your private information is entirely secure against access by a third party, as we use the latest technology to protect your information and send all data entered encrypted via a 128 bit SSL connection. When submitting the order, the invoice amount will be booked to your credit card. Your credit card will only be charged once the order is handed over to the delivery partner. If you want to return a product, the amount will be directly sent back to your credit card account as soon as we receive the item and finish the processing. You don’t have to pay any shipping fees incurred during the returning, including express delivery fees.

12. Can you make OEM orders?

Yes, We can make OEM orders. The MOQ usually is 1000pcs per style per color. The sample charge is more expensive, and FOB China is the shipment term. The payment term is a 50% deposit before production, and the balance is paid after the shipping sample gets approved. Label and tags: We can make the label and tags in your own Logo. But it needs to be booked and paid separately.

13. How do I know if the product I want is in stock?

15. What type of warranty comes with the product I purchased?

Our 30-day warranty starts on the date of receiving the product. If you have any problem with the item, please feel free to contact us immediately. The warranty for some products lasts one year.
